  • Which hardware components do I need?

    The Bluebox is hardware independent. Installed on a commercially available gateway box, the Bluebox can be used decentrally, easily and quickly in production and is also cloud and web-enabled.

  • How quickly can I see first successes?

    The Bluebox is connected within a few hours. The first results are immediately apparent.

  • How is it displayed?

    Machines, material, order, condition and time-related.

  • What interfaces are there?

    The connection of machines of any kind as well as other operating and measuring equipment or existing systems (e.g. ERP) can be done quickly and easily.

  • Is communication also possible with other systems?

    The Bluebox is very well suited as a self-sufficient system or as a supplement to your existing system. The tool is able to communicate with BDE, MDE, ERP, QM, planning and ERP systems from different manufacturers.

  • What happens to the collected data?

    The Bluebox contains a database. The data can be stored on this or passed on to a storage location of your choice, such as a server.

  • Can I also have my process data managed?

    If you wish, we can also take care of the administration and storage of your collected process data. Backup and system restore included. For this we offer you solutions through ISO certification and DSGVO.

  • How can I generate a benefit from the collected data?
